ChargebackX 2026 to Run November 9-10 with Berlin and New York Events

ChargebackX, the self-proclaimed first conference dedicated to chargebacks and dispute management, will hold its second edition November 9-10 this year. This year’s ChargebackX 2026 will run as a two-day virtual program open to remote attendees, with in-person evening networking sessions added in New York and Berlin.

The conference is organized by Justt, the AI-native chargeback management platform named to this year’s Forbes Fintech 50 list. Last year’s inaugural event featured speakers from Visa, Mastercard, JPMorgan, Worldpay, and Microsoft. This year’s confirmed speakers include representatives from Visa, Mastercard, Worldpay, Best Buy, and SeatGeek, with additional names expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

The Reason the Conference Exists

“ChargebackX exists so the people who fight disputes for a living can compare notes and go beyond the conventional thinking about what works,” said Ofir Tahor, CEO and co-founder of Justt, in a statement announcing the event. “Disputes sit at the intersection of payments, fraud, and customer experience, and the people managing them rarely get a room of their own. The overwhelmingly positive response to last year told us how badly one was needed.”

Elsewhere, on LinkedIn, Tahor explained the rationale for the event further:

“One of the things I’ve always believed is that the best industries get better when people are willing to share what they know,” wrote Tahor. “That’s the idea behind ChargebackX. On November 9 & 10, we’re bringing together leaders from across merchants, financial institutions, payments, fraud and technology to have the conversations our industry needs to be having.”

ChargebackX 2026 Agenda

Sessions this year cover card network monitoring changes, including Visa’s VAMP and Mastercard’s GMAP programs, along with AI use in dispute operations, agentic commerce, and merchant case studies with audience Q&A. Justt is also set to share early findings from a multiyear benchmark study of chargeback outcomes based on data from millions of disputes.

The program is aimed at practitioners across fraud, risk, payments, and revenue operations teams.

ChargebackX 2026 Registration

Registration is open at chargebackx.io. A full speaker lineup and agenda are expected to be published in the coming weeks.
