Fraudbeat founder and publisher Ronen Shnidman spent close to a decade as a journalist before entering the high-tech industry over a decade ago. He began his career working at the newspapers The Jerusalem Post and Haaretz/The Marker and before shifting to trade journalism covering the diamond industry.
Ronen became interested in fraud prevention while working as a technology evangelist at Pipl, an identity resolution and data provider to the fraud prevention industry. He subsequently founded the content operations at About-Fraud.com and served as Head of Content at Justt, a modern chargeback remediation platform. He continues to work in the financial technology industry today.
